Brief: A leading fast food chain wanted to refresh it’s product portfolio to remain relevant and top of mind with millennials.

Approach: Employing a combination of ‘bottom up’ people-led methodologies for consumer intimacy and ‘top down’ expert and leading edge consumer engagement, we shed light on millennial cultures and lifestyles and how that impacts Singapore’s evolving food culture which fueled the development of a stronger portfolio that addresses varied needs.
